Declaración del 99º Congreso de SAT

El 99º Congreso de Sennacieca Asocio Tutmonda (Asociación Mundial Anacional), que tuvo lugar en León (España) entre el 19 y el 26 de julio de 2026:

1. con preocupación da cuenta de la aparición de guerras en diversos lugares del mundo;

2. en ese contexto recuerda que las guerras ocasionan consecuencias muy duraderas, y por ello hay que evitar que de nuevo sean recurso acostumbrado de la política, lo que quizá desean gobiernos de muchos países; el alza de los costes de las guerras contribuye al recorte de los presupuestos solidarios y de los apoyos a los más desfavorecidos y a la clase obrera;

3. llama la atención sobre la necesidad de respetar el derecho internacional para mantener una paz estable en todo el mundo;

4. considera el bloqueo de recursos vitales por parte de los Estados Unidos contra el pueblo cubano como una acción de tipo genocida;

5. exige el fin del genocidio en Palestina y el respeto a los derechos humanos y ciudadanos de todos y espera una nueva época para los palestinos con un gobierno independiente, laico y demócrata;

6. constatando el uso creciente de racismo para dividir al la clase obrera como un claro ataque contra los intereses de la mayoría, hace un llamamiento a la lucha activa antirracista;

7. instiga a actuar en todos sitios con los medios más inteligentes posible por la defensa de los territorios y de la vida contra los ataques del imperialismo insaciable, destructor e insocial, que domina en el mundo;

8. saluda la creación de la unión de los pueblos del Sahel en la Alianza de Estados del Sahel (Alliance des États du Sahel en francés: Mali, Níger, Burkina Faso) contra el imperialismo y el neocolonialismo;

9. invita a los hombres de buena voluntad, tanto esperantistas como no esperantistas de todo el mundo, a estudiar las posibilidades de superar el capitalismo y así poder llegar a un mundo más seguro, alegre y sano;

10. apoya la lucha de los movimientos por la democracia llamados generación Z (o sea de los nacidos después de 1995) en varios países del mundo, teniendo en cuenta que la implicación de los jóvenes en la democratización del funcionamiento político es importante para alcanzar mejoras duraderas, y especialmente en países, en los que la mayoría de la población es juvenil;

11. condena la privatización de los servicios públicos, lo que perjudica al clima y a las condiciones de vida de toda la sociedad;

12. con ocasión del 90º aniversario de la guerra civil española llama la atención sobre el hecho de que con los mismos argumentos (de nuevo reforzar la propiedad privada, la familia tradicional y la iglesia) aparecen nuevos movimientos fascistoides o filofascistas, sobre todo en Europa y América; el resultado del fascismo es siempre la represión y los ataques a la libertad y al respeto de los intereses de la mayoría, incluso de quienes votan a favor de ese sistema;

13. recuerda, que la justicia española apenas ha resuelto casos de bebés robados y hace un llamamiento a las altas instancias jurídicas para que de una vez por todas dediquen recursos para al menos paliar rápidamente el dolor de las víctimas;

14. insta a las sociedades del mundo a defenderse contra el revisionismo con objetivos políticos, esto es la reescritura de la memoria histórica según los intereses del partido gobernante (Estados Unidos, Rusia, Francia, Alemania, España etc.);

15. recuerda el uso de Esperanto en la zona de la república española con fines propagandísticos contra el bando franquista, lamentablemente de nuevo actual;

16. se opone a las leyes autoritarias y al espionaje masivo, a menudo aplicados con la excusa de la lucha contra el terrorismo y la pornografía infantil, desgraciadamente apoyados también por partidos de izquierda, por ejemplo el PSOE (Partido Socialista Obrero Español), que apoyó el reglamento de la Unión Europea sobre el espionaje de los teléfonos móviles;

17. con preocupación constata y condena el influjo de la religión en la política, lo que lleva al retroceso en cuanto a los derechos de mujeres, LGBT (lesbianas, gais, bisexuales, trans...) y en general los derechos humanos;

18. condena la existencia y crecimiento de la policía ICE (Immigrations and Customs Enforcement, Control de Inmigración y Aduanas) y de iniciativas parecidas en diversos países;

19. contra los cada vez más estrictos e inhumanos recursos jurídicos propuestos en la Unión Europea sobre migrantes, por ejemplo el Pacto Europeo de Migración y Asilo, que se suman a la situación suficientemente grave de los migrantes, hace un llamamiento a la lucha contra dichas medidas;

20. categóricamente niega la igualdad de posiciones y movimientos de ultraderecha y de izquierda e incluso la declaración de que los nuevos fascistas son ahora los izquierdistas, lo que partidos, políticos y medios de comunicación de muchos países usan para implementar políticas autoritarias (por ejemplo en Estados Unidos, Alemania, Francia);

21. da la bienvenida a la aparición por parte de SAT de la obra original en Esperanto "La valizeto 5.18" (El maletín 5.18) de Marcelo Redulez, basada sobre acontecimientos reales en diversas partes del mundo (principalmente en Portugal y Corea del Sur) mostrando la concreta eficacia de la solidaridad mundial a través del Esperanto;

22. aplaude el triunfo de la Revolución de las Luces por parte del pueblo en Corea del Sur y el duradero movimiento democrático, que hizo dimitir al presidentucho Yun Seok-yeol, que intentó ocasionar una guerra civil usando a los militares y el estado de sitio, incluso conspirando para asesinar políticos de los partidos de la oposición;

23. llama la atención sobre el cambio climático, constantemente negado o ignorado por parte de muchos gobiernos y empresas, que cada vez más ocasiona inundaciones e incendios y destruye la naturaleza, los recursos vitales y las comunidades; pone de relieve la necesidad de servicio de bomberos bien pagados durante todo el año y la reestructuración de zonas naturales, alternado espacios con árboles y sin árboles;

24. denuncia firmemente toda decisión actual de instancias nacionales y de la Unión Europea, que anule normas importantes para la protección del medio ambiente y la biodiversidad;

25. recomienda, que SAT se perfile como organización de esperantistas de izquierda, en la que se vean los esfuerzos para utilizar el Esperanto, entre otras causas:

para la emancipación de la clase obrera de todo el mundo y de toda categoría social que sufra dominación y represión,
para la reducción progresiva de la desigualdad social en países y en todo el mundo,
por la acción coordinada y decidida en nivel mundial contra la destrucción ecológica del planeta, y particularmente por la crisis climática,
por el progreso hacia un mundo, en el que el capitalismo desaparezca y no sea posible la explotación de las personas,
contra las tendencias autoritarias, e incluso fascistas, surgidas en muchos países,
contra el imperialismo, el nacionalismo, el racismo, la xenofobia, el antisemitismo, el nativismo y el tratado denigrante a los migrantes,
contra el sexismo, la LGBT-fobia, el capacitismo, y el especismo.

Der 99. Kongress des Anationalen Weltbundes (SAT), der vom 19. bis 26. Juli 2026 in León (Spanien) stattfand,

1. nimmt das zunehmende Kriegsgeschehen in mehreren Weltgebieten mit Besorgnis zur Kenntnis;

2. bedenkt, dass Kriege sehr langandauernde Folgen haben, weshalb nicht zuzulassen ist, dass sie wieder einmal gebräuchliche Politikinstrumente werden, was die Regierungen vieler Länder befördern; die Erhöhung von Ausgaben für Kriegsführung ist mit ein Grund für die Kürzung von Solidarhaushalten und Unterstützungsleistungen für die ärmsten Menschen und die Arbeiterklasse;

3. weist darauf hin, dass das Völkerrecht einzuhalten ist, um weltweit einen stabilen Frieden zu erhalten;

4. betrachtet die US-Blockade von Lebensnotwendigem gegen das kubanische Volk als genozidales Handeln;

5. verlangt die Beendigung des Genozids in Palästina, sowie Respektierung der menschlichen und zivilen Rechte aller, und hofft auf eine neue Zeit für die Palästinenser mit einer unabhängigen und laizistischen demokratischen Regierung;

6. notiert die wachsende Indienstnahme von Rassismus zwecks Spaltung der Arbeiterklasse vor einem direkten Angriff auf die Interessen der Mehrheit, und ruft deshalb zu aktiver antirassistischer Aktion auf;

7. ermutigt dazu, überall mit möglichst geeigneten Mitteln in Verteidigung der Territorien und des Lebens gegen die Angriffe der imperialistischen unersättlichen, zerstörerischen und unsozialen Ordnung vorzugehen, die die Welt berherrscht;

8. begrüßt den Zusammenschluss der Sahel-Völker gegen Imperialismus und Neokolonialismus in der Konföderation der Sahelstaaten (AES, Alliance des États du Sahel: Mali, Niger, Burkina Faso);

9. ermutigt Menschen guten Willens, Esperantisten und Nicht-Esperantisten in der ganzen Welt, fortlaufend über mögliche Wege nachzudenken, den Kapitalismus zu überwinden – in der Hoffnung, eine sichere, glückliche und gesunde Wirklichkeit zu erreichen;

10. unterstützt die Aktivität der pro-demokratischen sogenannten GenZ-Bewegungen (d.h. von der nach 1995 geborenen Generation Z) in verschiedenen Ländern der Welt, in Erwägung, dass Eingebundenheit der Jugend in der Demokratisierung des politischen Geschehens für das Erreichen langfristiger Verbesserungen wichtig ist, besonders in Ländern, in denen die Bevölkerungsmehrheit aus Jugendlichen besteht;

11. verurteilt Privatisierung in öffentlichen Sektoren, die für Klima und Lebensbedingungen der ganzen Gesellschaft nachteilig ist;

12. weist im 90. Jahr nach Beginn des Spanischen Bürgerkrieges darauf hin, dass Argumente von damals (Wiederverstärkung des Privateigentums, der traditionellen Familie und der Kirche) bei neuen zum Faschismus neigenden oder faschistoiden Bewegungen auftauchen, besonders in Europa und Nord- und Südamerika; Faschismus führt immer zu Unterdrückung, Unfreiheit und Missachtung der Interessen der Massen, auch derer, die für dieses System gestimmt haben;

13. erinnert daran, dass die spanische Justiz Fälle von Babyraub kaum aufgeklärt hat, und fordert Maßnahmen vom Rechtssystem, die wenigstens den Schmerz der Opfer schnell lindern;

14. ruft die Gesellschaften der Welt auf, sich gegen politisch motivierten Revisionismus zu verteidigen, also gegen die Umgestaltung der historischen Erinnerung nach dem Willen der herrschenden Partei (in den USA, Russland, Frankreich, Deutschland, Spanien usw.);

15. erinnert an die Anwendung von Esperanto in Spanien auf der republikanischen Seite zu Propagandazwecken gegen die franquistische, etwas, was leider auch heute an Aktualität gewinnt;

16. spricht sich gegen autoritäre Gesetze und Massenüberwachung aus, die oft unter dem Vorwand der Bekämpfung von Terrorismus und Kinderpornographie verlangt werden, leider auch unterstützt durch linke Parteien wie z. B. PSOE (Partido Socialista Obrero Español, Spanische Sozialistische Arbeiterpartei), die die EU-Regelung über Smartphone-Überwachung zugestimmt hat;

17. stellt mit Besorgnis den Einfluß von Religion in der Politik fest und verurteilt ihn, da er zu Rückschritt bei Frauen-, LGBT- und allgemeinen Menschenrechte führt;

18. verurteilt die Existenz und Ausweitung der ICE-Polizei (Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Vollstreckungsbehörde für Zoll- und Einwanderungsangelegenheiten) in den USA, sowie auch ähnlich ausgerichteter Einrichtungen in anderen Ländern;

19. befürwortet aktive Widerstandsaktionen in Reaktion auf immer strengere und inhumanere Gesetzesmaßnahmen, die in der EU Migranten treffen, z. B. den Migrations- und Asylpakt, die eine ohnehin schwierige Situation noch erschweren;

20. lehnt kategorisch die Gleichsetzung rechtsextremer und linker Haltungen und Bewegungen ab, bzw. gar die Behauptung, dass gegenwärtig die Linken neue Faschisten seien, womit Parteien, Politiker und Medien vieler Länder (z. B. USA, Deutschland und Frankreich) bezwecken, autoritäre Politik voranzubringen ;

21. begrüßt das Erscheinen im SAT-Verlag des originalen Esperanto-Romans La valizeto 5.18 von Marcelo Redulez, der auf realan Weltereignissen (besonders in Portugal und Korea) basiert und der die konkrete Wirksamkeit weltweiter Solidarität durch Esperanto aufzeigt;

22. akklamiert den Sieg des südkoreanischen Volkes in der Revolution des Lichts und die noch andauernde demokratische Bewegung, die den üblen Präsidenten Yun Seok-yeol zum Rücktritt zwang, nachdem er einen Bürgerkrieg und Belagerungszustand herbeizuführen versuchte und sogar verschwor, Politiker von Oppositionsparteien zu töten;

23. erinnert an den Klimawandel, den viele Regierungen und Unternehmen noch leugnen oder ignorieren, und der immer öfter Überschwemmungen und Feuerkatastrophen verursacht, bei denen Natur, Lebensgrundlagen und Gemeinden zerstört werden; betont die Notwendigkeit einer gut bezahlten ganzjährigen Feuerwehr, sowie einer Umstrukturierung von Naturgebieten, um Räume mit und ohne Bäume zu alternieren;

24. missbilligt entschieden alle zur Zeit getroffenen Entscheidungen europäischer und nationaler Stellen, die wichtige Regelungen zum Schutz von Umwelt und Biodiversität beseitigen;

25. legt SAT nahe, sich als Organisation linksstehender Esperantisten zu profilieren, die sichtbar bestrebt ist, Esperanto u.a. für folgende Ziele einzusetzen:

für die Emanzipation der weltweiten Arbeiterklasse und anderer dominierter und unterdrückter Gesellschaftsgruppen,
für eine fortschreitende Verringerung sozialer Ungleichheit innerhalb von Ländern und weltweit,
für entschiedenes, weltweit koordiniertes Handeln gegen die ökologische Ruinierung des Planeten, besonders in Reaktion auf die Klimakrise,
für Fortschritt hin zu einer Welt, in der der Kapitalismus verschwindet und Menschenausbeutung unmöglich ist;
gegen autoritäre, sogar faschistische Tendenzen in vielen Ländern,
gegen Imperialismus, Nationalismus, Rassismus, Xenophobie, Antisemitismus, Nativismus und schlechtes Behandeln von Migranten,
gegen Sexismus, LGBT-Feindlichkeit, Ableismus, Speziesismus.

The 99th Congress of the World Anational Association (SAT) held in León (Spain) from July 19-26, 2026:

1. notes with trepidation the proliferation of military conflict in several parts of the world;

2. draws attention to the very long-term consequences of wars, which are reason to keep warfare from once again becoming an instrument of normal policy, as governments of many countries are bringing about; the rise in expenditure for warfare being one factor for cutbacks in welfare expense and in aid to the most impoverished and the working class;

3. notes that international law must be respected in order to maintain a stable peace in the world;

4. regards the blockade of life-sustaining goods carried out by the United States against the Cuban people as genocidal action;

5. demands an end to the genocide in Palestine and that the human and civil rights of all involved be respected, in hope of a new era for Palestinians with an independent and secular democratic government;

6. appeals for active antiracist action in the face of increasing use of racism to divide the working class prior to an open attack on the interests of the majority;

7. calls for action everywhere to apply intelligent measures in defense of territories and of life, in order to fend off attacks from the insatiable and destructive imperialist antisocial order that prevails in the world;

8. salutes the drawing together of the Sahel peoples in the Alliance of Sahel States (AES, Alliance des États du Sahel: Mali, Niger, Burkina Faso) against imperialism and neocolonialism;

9. invites people of good will, Esperantists and non-Esperantists in the whole world, to continue reflecting upon possible paths to overcome capitalism in the hope of arriving in a secure, happy and healthy reality;

10. supports the activities of the pro-democratic so-called Gen Z movements (i.e. of those of the cohort born after 1995) in several countries throughout the world, considering that involvement of youth in the democratisation of politics is meaningful in order to achieve its long-term improvement, even more in countries where the majority of the population is of youthful age;

11. condemns the privatisation of public sectors, which is detrimental to climate and the living conditions of all of society;

12. notes on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the Spanish Civil War that arguments from that time (strengthening private property, the traditional family and the Church) reappear as new fascist-leaning and fascistoid movements are created, especially in Europe and the Americas; fascism always means oppression, deprivation of freedom and violation of the interests of the masses, including those who once voted in favour of that system;

13. notes that the Spanish judiciary has hardly solved cases of infant kidnap, and calls upon the legal system to adopt measures that would at the very least quickly alleviate the pain suffered by the victims;

14. calls upon societies of the world to defend themselves against politically purposed revisionism, i.e. the modification of historic memory to suit the whim of the ruling party (USA, Russia, France, Germany, Spain etc.);

15. reminds of the use of Esperanto on the Spanish Republican side for purposes of propaganda against the Francoist side, an experience that is unfortunately becoming relevant in the present day;

16. stands against authoritarian laws and mass surveillance, such as are often demanded under the pretext of combatting terrorism and child pornography, and which are unfortunately being supported by parties of the left as well, for example the PSOE (Partido Socialista Obrero Español) that has backed the EU regulation on smartphone surveillance;

17. notes with worry and condemnation the influence of religion in politics, which leads to backsliding on women's, LGBT and general human rights;

18. condemns the existence and expansion of ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) in the US, as well as similarly purposed operations in several other countries;

19. calls for active resistance in reaction to increasingly severe and inhuman legal measures taken in the EU against migrants, for example in the Migration and Asylum Pact, measures which aggravate an already grave situation;

20. categorically rejects the equation of extreme right and left attitudes and movements, accompanied even by the claim that the new fascists of the present are leftists, as is asserted by parties, politicians and media in many countries in order to advance authoritarian politics (for example in the US, Germany and France);

21. welcomes the publication by SAT of the original Esperanto work La valizeto 5.18 authored by Marcelo Redulez, and based upon real world events (in particular in Portugal and Korea), and which depicts in concrete terms the efficacy of worldwide solidarity through Esperanto;

22. acclaims the victory of the South Korean people's Revolution of Light and the ongoing democratic movement, which forced the despicable president Yun Seok-yeol to resign after having attempted to foment a civil war and state of siege by military force, going so far as to plot the killing of politicians from opposition parties;

23. draws attention to climate change, which is constantly denied or ignored by many governments and enterprises and is more and more frequently the cause of floods and fire disasters that are destructive of nature, means of sustainance and communities; emphasizes the need for a well-paid year-around firefighting service and for restructuring of natural areas in order to alternate spaces with and without trees;

24. firmly denounces all current decisions by European and national bodies, which are eliminating rules pertaining to protection of the environment and biodiversity;

25. recommends that SAT maintain the profile of an organisation of left-wing Esperantists by making a visible effort to utilise Esperanto, among other things:

for the emancipation of the world's working class along with all other dominated and oppressed social groups,
for progressive reduction of social inequality within countries and worldwide,
for resolute action, coordinated across the world, to counteract the ecological destruction of the planet, especially in reaction to the climate crisis,
for progress toward a world in which capitalism disappears and human exploitation is impossible;
against authoritarian and even fascist tendencies in many countries,
against imperialism, nationalism, racism, xenophobia, antisemitism, nativism and abusive treatment of migrants,
against sexism, LGBTQ discrimination, ableism and speciesism.

Der 98. Kongress des Anationalen Weltbundes (SAT), der vom 9. bis 16. August 2025 in Grésillon (Frankreich) stattfand,

– legt SAT nahe, sich als Organisation linksstehender Esperantisten zu profilieren, die sichtbar bestrebt ist, Esperanto u.a. für folgende Ziele einzusetzen:

für die Emanzipation der weltweiten Arbeiterklasse sowie anderer dominierter und unterdrückter Gesellschaftsgruppen,
für eine fortschreitende Verringerung sozialer Ungleichheit innerhalb von Ländern und weltweit,
für entschiedenes, weltweit koordiniertes Handeln gegen die ökologische Ruinierung des Planeten, besonders gegen die Klimakrise,
für Fortschritt hin zu einer Welt, in der der Kapitalismus verschwindet und Menschenausbeutung unmöglich ist;
gegen autoritäre und sogar faschistische Tendenzen in vielen Ländern,
gegen Imperialismus, imperialistische Kriege, Nationalismus, Rassismus, Xenophobie, Nativismus und schlechtes Behandeln von Migranten in einzelnen Ländern,
gegen Sexismus, Ableismus, Speziesismus, LGBT-Feindlichkeit;

– empfiehlt zu diesen Zwecken Bildungsarbeit und stellt sich gegen eine Tendenz, den Verband in den Zustand eines allgemeinen politischen Debattenortes zu führen, in dem rechte und antiemanzipatorische Positionen quasi gleichrangig mit den oben genannten sind;
plädiert für den Rückzug aller imperialistischer und expansionistischer Länder aus Gebieten, die sie ohne Berechtigung besetzen, und für nachfolgende Reparationen – von Gaza bis zur Ukraine, Okkupation ist ein Verbrechen!

– verurteilt den Imperialismus ohne Vorbehalte, die durch Hinwendung zum einen oder zum anderen geopolitischen Lager motiviert sind;

– befürwortet ein System zwischenstaatlicher Beziehungen, dessen Grundlage das Völkerrecht und möglichst repräsentative Institutionen auf Weltebene bilden;

– stellt mit Empörung den genozidalen Charakter des israelischen Krieges gegen Gaza fest;

– verlangt sofortigen Waffenstillstand u.a. in der Ukraine, Palästina, Jemen, Sudan, Syrien, der Kongo;
verurteilt, was den grausamen und endlosen Krieg in Kivu (D. R. Kongo) anbetrifft, die Gewalttaten und Verbrechen gegen das Volk, die durch verschiedene Rebellen, unter Anderm durch M23 und ADF Nalu, durch Nachbarländer sowie Firmen, die gierig das Reichtum der Erde an sich reißen, begangen werden; unterstützt Aktivitäten zur Ächtung dieses Krieges und zur Befriedung von Kivu;
schlägt eine erhebliche Vergrößerung der Haushaltsmittel für Friedenserhaltung (Blauhelme und andere internationale Instrumente) vor;

– schlägt ein Atomwaffenverbot in allen Ländern vor; gedenkt der damaligen und heute noch lebenden Opfer des Bombenabwurfs auf Hiroshima und Nagasaki, die vor 80 Jahren stattfand, und unterstützt alle Aktivitäten für den Frieden und gegen Waffen;

– verlangt, dass die heutigen Erdbewohner und auch unsere Nachkommen das Recht genießen sollen, anständig und sicher zu leben, wozu alles, was lebt, in einen gedeihlichen Zustand gebracht werden muß;

– unterstützt Umsonstläden und andere Initiativen zugunsten derer, die es schwer haben, frei einzukaufen.

The 98th Congress of the World Anational Association (SAT) held in Grésillon (France) from August 9-16, 2025:

– recommends that SAT maintain the profile of an organisation of left-wing Esperantists by making a visible effort to utilise Esperanto, among other things:

for the emancipation of the world's working class along with all other dominated and oppressed social groups,
for progressive reduction of social inequality within countries and worldwide,
for resolute action, coordinated across the world, to counteract the ecological destruction of the planet, especially in reaction to the climate crisis,
for progress toward a world in which capitalism disappears and human exploitation is impossible;
against authoritarian and even fascist tendencies in many countries,
against imperialism, imperialist wars, nationalism, racism, xenophobia, nativism and abuse of migrants in individual countries,
against sexism, ableism, speciesism and LGBTQ discrimination

– recommends educative action to these ends and against a tendency to lead the Association to become an all-purpose political debating group, in which right-wing and anti-emancipatory positions appear to rank as high as the aforementioned positions;

– calls for the withdrawal of all imperialist and expansionistic countries from territories which they occupy without justification, to be followed by adequate reparations – from Gaza to the Ukraine, occupation is a crime!

– condemns imperialism without reservations motivated by partiality toward one geopolitical camp or another;

– advocates for a system of interstate relations based on international law and institutions at the world level that are as representative as possible;

– notes with indignation the genocidal character of the Israeli war against Gaza;

– demands immediate cease-fires in the Ukraine, Palestine, Yemen, Sudan, Syria, Congo and other places;

– as to the cruel and endless war in Kivu (D. R. Congo), firmly condemns violence and crimes perpetrated against the people by various rebel groups, among them M23 and ADF Nalu, by neighboring countries and by companies that greedily extract wealth from the ground; and supports activities to denounce this war and pacify Kivu;

– suggests a substantial increase to peacekeeping budgets (blue helmets and other international instruments);

– proposes that atomic weapons be banned in all countries; recalls those victimised at the time and in the present by the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki 80 years ago, and supports all activities for peace and against armaments;

– demands that both today's inhabitants of the Earth and those that will follow us enjoy the right to a satisfactory and safe life, to which end the recovery of all that is alive should be brought about as quickly as possible;

– supports free stores and other initiatives benefiting those who have trouble making purchases freely.

The 97th Congress of the World Anational Association (SAT) held in Porto (Portugal) from August 5-11, 2024:

– salutes the 50th anniversary of the Carnation Revolution, the victory over fascism in Portugal,

– opposes all wars, such as are taking place not only in Europe or the Middle East, but in other regions of the world too, and strongly advocates antimilitarism,

– considering that any capitalist system enables chemical, cereal, cotton etc. agroindustries to monopolize and privatize clean water, even in territories, in which there is a shortage of it due to climate change, supports the movement of trade unions, associations and communities that are struggling for equitable distribution of this vital resource,

– noting that nuclear energy is propagated as “green energy” that produces fewer greenhouse gases, recalls that its production continues to be linked to that of the atomic bomb and remains dangerous due to the risk of accidents, the eternal storage of the toxic atomic waste and the disposal of the nuclear-polluted water in the sea, and that it inhibits energy saving and research on sustainable and renewable energies and their just production,

– condemns the extraction of uranium, mainly in poor countries, as it has dire consequences for them,

– noting that people in richer countries consume more than what is needed in order to live without excess, calls for equitable distribution of essential products (foodstuffs, clothing etc.), also with a view to reducing waste,

– condemns recent attacks by racist right-wing extremists in Great Britain against immigrants and in particular muslims, which are all the more intolerable as lies are used to justify the despicable acts, and denounces the attitude both of the British government, which exploits the occurrences to repress antiracists, and of the press, which has acted analogously; in this framework, the congress supports the activity of movements that oppose such racist barbarity.

– erinnert angesichts der Propaganda für Atomenergie als “grüne Energie”, die weniger Treibhausgas erzeugt, daran, dass ihre Erzeugung weiterhin mit der Atombombe in Verbindung steht, dass sie wegen des Unfallrisikos, der dauerhaften Aufbewahrung des toxischen Atommülls und der Einleitung nuklear verunreinigten Wassers ins Meer gefährlich bleibt, und dass sie Energieeinsparung und Erforschung und gerechte Erzeugung nachhaltiger, erneuerbarer Energien hemmt,

– verurteilt die Förderung von Uran, die hauptsächlich in armen Ländern stattfindet, weil das schlimme Folgen für sie hat,

– stellt fest, dass Menschen in reicheren Ländern mehr konsumieren als für ein Leben ohne Übermaß notwendig ist, und ruft deshalb zu einer gerechten Verteilung wesentlicher Produkte (Nahrung, Kleidung usw.) auf, auch mit Hinblick auf Abfallverringerung,

– verurteilt die in letzter Zeit in Großbritannien stattfindenden Angriffe rassistischer Rechtsextremisten gegen Migranten und besonders gegen Moslems, die umso verwerflicher sind, als Lügen dazu dienen, die Barbareien zu rechtfertigen, und verurteilt die Haltung sowohl der britischen Regierung, die die Angelegenheit ausnutzt, um Antirassisten zu unterdrücken, wie auch der Presse, die ähnlich agiert hat; in diesem Sinne unterstützt der Kongress die Aktivität der Bewegungen, die gegen solche rassistische Abscheulichkeiten Widerstand leisten.

– 원자력을 온실가스를 줄이는 “녹색 에너지”로 둔갑시키는 선전(宣傳)을 확인하면서 원자력의 생산이 여전히 원자 폭탄과 연결되어 있고, 사고의 위험, 유독한 쓰레기의 영구 보관, 방사능 오염수의 해양 투기의 위험을 안고 있으며, 에너지 절약, 지속 가능한 재생 에너지의 탐구와 정의로운 생산을 중단시키고 있음을 환기한다.

– 주로 가난한 나라들에서 우라늄을 채굴하여 그 나라 사람들에게 나쁜 영향을 일으키는 것을 규탄한다.

– 더 부유한 나라의 사람들이 낭비하지 않고 살기 위해 필요한 것보다 더 많이 소비하는 것을 확인하면서, 필수적인 생산물(식량, 의복 등)의 공정한 분배와 쓰레기의 감축을 위해 노력할 것을 촉구한다.

– 최근 영국에서 이주민들, 특히 이슬람교도들에 대한 극우 인종주의자들의 공격을 규탄한다. 그들이 자신들의 악랄한 행동을 정당화하기 위해 거짓 왜곡을 일삼았기에 더욱 비난받아 마땅하다. 그리고 그 사건을 인종주의에 맞서는 사람들과 반인종주의적 경향의 언론을 탄압하기 위해 이용하는 영국 정부와 그들의 태도를 고발한다. 그러한 관점에서 대회는 인종주의의 끔찍한 범죄를 반대하는 여러 운동을 지지한다.

95-й конгресс Всемирной вненациональной ассоциации (САТ), проходивший с 29 июля по 1 августа 2022:

1. сожалеет о росте национализма во многих странах, что приводит к международной напряжённости, ведущей к войнам, и противодействует международному сотрудничеству, необходимому для противостояния экологической деградации планеты;

2. резко осуждает агрессивную войну, проводимую Россией, выражает солидарность жителям Украины, которые страдают, сопротивляются или вынуждены стать беженцами, а также выражаюет солидарность россиянам, выступающим против войны, и за это подвергаются преследованиям, и выражают солидарность людям всего мира, которые выступают против войны и помогают беженцам;

3. резко осуждает такжк все остальные войны и агрессивные оккупации, который в данный момент происходят в мире, в частности, в Сирии, Йемене, ДР Конго, Палестине, Западной Сахаре;

4. требует в более дальней перспективе, чтобы войны перестали быть инструментом политически и экономических интересов, и, соответственно, чтобы были распущены все военные союзы включая НАТО; их должны заменить системы коллективной безопасности, в которых должны принять участие все заинтересованные страны, и чьей основной целью будет разоружение;

5. с сожалением констатирует, что Швеция, более 200 лет нейтральная, и в этом бувшая примером для других стран, и Финляндия. Нейтральная более 70 лет, прекратили сво нейтралитет и присоединившись к военому блоку;

6. осуждает преследования тех, кто занимается информированием во время войны с обеих сторон, или о других проблемах, противореча интересам государства, и поддерживает работу журналистов;

7. констатирует, что растущие инвестиции многих государств в вооружения и усилениевоенных и экономических блоков противоречит интересам рабочих и является угрозой благосостоянию народов;

8. поддерживает защиту коренными народами своих территорий и правпротив капиталистической эксплуатации их недр в КЕанаде. США, Бразилии и других странах, и осуждает усиление добычи энергоресурсов, начавшееся в результате войны на Украине;

9. протестует против «юридической войны», направленной против рабочих. Пацифистов и тд. во многих странах, с привлечением в ряде случаем наиболее реакционных элементов юридических механизмов;

10. солидаризуется с членами семей жертв аварии в Сеуле, где трое рабочих погибли во время наводнения, которые борются за достойную компенсацию ущерба с соответствующими государственными и корпоративными инстанциями, и требуют введения более безопасных условий труда для всех рабочих во всём мире;

11. отмечает, что рсзличные церкви пытаются отменить разделение церкви и государства, что вызывает проблемы в биоэтике, изменении школьных программ и в отношении войн, как в нынешнем конфликте России с Украиной;

12. поддерживает самоорганизацию лиц ЛГБТ для защиты своих прав и осуждает деятельность церквей, государств и других инстанций, который приводят к преследований лиц ЛГБТ.

2022년 7월 29일부터 8월 1일까지 인터넷으로 개최된 제95회 세계무민족성협회(SAT) 대회는 :

1. SAT의 홈페이지와 다른 인터넷 연락 수단을 관리하고 그것들의 개선 가능성을 다룰 기술위원회 설립 제안을 승인한다.

2. 기술위원회 내에서 또한 이름과 얼굴 등 개인정보가 나오는 SAT 메일링리스트와 동영상을 위해 유럽연합의 일반 개인정보 보호법(GDPR)에 부합하는 대안을 검토할 것을 제안한다.

3. SAT의 회원들이 연중 더 자주 상호 접촉하게 하기 위한, 토론을 불러일으키는 주제에 관해 의견 교류를 가능하게 하는 전자적 수단, 특히 총투표를 시험해 볼 것을 제안한다.

4. 비용 절감을 위해 기관지 인쇄를 위한 다른 인쇄지를 선택하거나 발송 국가의 변경 등의 가능성을 검토할 것을 제안한다.

5. 집행위원회가 지난해 동안 단순히 가격의 상승을 인정하고 수용하는 것이 아니라 비용 절감을 위한 가능성을 조사했다는 것을 적어도 대회에 보고할 것을 제안한다.
